A fantastic holiday home in a quiet cottage area just 200 metres from the jetty and the beach. The first part of the beach is rocky, but when you get a little further out, there is a fine sandy bottom.
The holiday home is very inviting, the light from the large windows is beautiful and almost brings the sunset inside the holiday home. The house is modernly furnished - extremely comfortable. The kitchen-dining room is well-equipped, with a large dining table and a cosy sofa area. The wood-burning stove is in the centre of the house and on chilly evenings it can provide cosiness and heat the whole house. Fibre internet is installed and can be accessed in all rooms. The house also has four good bedrooms with closet space, all with double beds. One bedroom, like the living room, has Smart TV, and you can stream TV via Chromecast. 2 lovely bathrooms with shower, one of which has a sauna. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms.
There is access from the living room to the lovely terrace and from the dining room to the patio.
The holiday home's lovely, partially covered terrace and patio are equipped with good garden furniture and sun loungers.
In the garden, you will always be able to find a place to enjoy the morning or evening sun.
The holiday home was renovated in 2023. Not far from the holiday home is Husmandsstedet Fredensdal, which is now a museum. Other nearby attractions include the Technical Museum, Kolby Mill and Kolby Kås harbour. A little tip - in Pillemark you can buy eggs and vegetables at the stalls.
