Peaceful place with good facility for children

Very cosy renovated summerhouse, very peaceful. Second to last on a quitely closed way, 1000 m from see, 1400 m from area with jetty, Stone and sand. 400 m from grocery store. 2000 m from restaurant, and 5 km from the lovely city; Nykøbing Sj with pedestrian street, shops and restaurants. In Nykøbing you find a nice swimminghall with slide and warmwaterbassin for the small ones. Its a one hour drive from Copenhagen. The House contains 2 Big bedrooms. One with bed 180x200 and the other bed 160x200 and a bunk bed, children only.. Here is a big kitchen with dishwasher and washingmachine. Nice livingroom with tv, parabol with german chanels. The House contains bed, chairs and bathtub for babies. Outside a big garden with 2 terraces, fireplace, and outside tools. Gas and coal grills. Odsherred is a great arear with fabulus beaches, and beautiful Nature and a lot of accitivities for adult and children. Cleaning and water included Note: Not for commercial rental.
