The house is situated on a large plot with lawn and trees – perfect for play and relaxation. The area is surrounded by forests and fields rich in wildlife. It’s just a 10-minute drive to the train station in Kolind, where you can catch the light rail to either Grenaa or Aarhus.

From the house, it’s about a 20-minute drive to Djurs Sommerland – the largest amusement park in the Nordic countries – and the Scandinavian Wildlife Park.
