The spacious living room with integrated kitchen and dining area is modernly furnished and features a wood-burning stove for comfort and warmth. Additionally, an energy-efficient heat pump is available for quick and efficient heating throughout the holiday home.

The house's two bathrooms feature underfloor heating. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds. All bedrooms are bright and comfortable, furnished with quality beds and wardrobes.

A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer ensure excellent comfort, making quick work of daily tasks and leaving you more time for relaxation and recreation.

Large, partially covered terrace & garden space

The large, inviting wooden terrace is ideal for enjoying sunny days. South-west facing, it's perfect for soaking up the sunshine and fresh air. Part of the terrace is covered, providing shade and allowing for barbecues even on rainy days.

Make yourself comfortable on the garden furniture or sun loungers, fire up the barbecue and enjoy outdoor living while your children and dog play on the large lawn, which includes a swing. Perfect for little ones to burn off energy and swing happily! The plot is well-screened, ensuring good privacy.

Nature & activities - Fanø has much to offer

The holiday home is located in Rindby, a small village on Fanø island. Rindby beach is particularly child-friendly, with very shallow water, and during high season, a section of the beach is monitored by lifeguards. There's direct vehicle access to the beach, making it accessible for families with small children or those with mobility issues. From Fanø Bad to the southern tip at Sønderho, you can drive on the beach - a unique experience for many holidaymakers. You'll also have excellent chances of finding amber!

Whether you prefer an active or relaxing holiday, Fanø island has something for everyone. The beach, which reaches up to 700 metres in width, is particularly popular with windsurfers, kite flyers, sand yachting enthusiasts, horse riders and cyclists. A cycle tour around this diverse 56-square-kilometre island comes highly recommended. Beaches, heathland, moorland and small woods provide a relaxing environment - mountain bikers will find plenty to enjoy too.

Fanø island is reached by a 12-minute ferry crossing - on weekdays, ferries run approximately every 20 minutes between Fanø and the mainland/Esbjerg. Consider planning a trip to Esbjerg, Denmark's fifth-largest city, where you can stroll through the charming pedestrian zone and experience Danish culture.
