Built in 2000, the house offers modern comfort in a relaxed setting. The spacious open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings creates a wonderful sense of light and space, while large windows ensure a beautiful flow of natural light throughout the day. The living room, dining area, and open-plan white kitchen create a cosy space for family and friends to relax and spend time together. From the dining area, you can enjoy lovely sea views, and in the living room, the comfortable sofa invites you to unwind and relax.

The house features three bright bedrooms as well as additional sleeping loft, making it ideal for both families and groups of friends. The newly renovated bathroom is modern and stylish, featuring a glass-enclosed shower. After a day at the beach, you can relax and unwind in the house’s sauna.

The surrounding area provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with beach, nature, and enjoyable experiences all within easy reach. A short walk takes you to Sæby Marina, where you can soak up the maritime atmosphere with an ice cream in hand or visit one of the charming waterfront restaurants. Sæby’s picturesque town centre also offers a variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants, while the beautiful surroundings, well-maintained paths, and nearby golf course offer plenty of opportunities for both activity and relaxation.

Area:
The house is centrally located in the charming town of Sæby, a historic coastal town well worth a visit. The harbour area is full of life, with sailing boats, cafés, shops, and ice cream parlours creating a lively maritime atmosphere.

Sæby celebrated its 500th anniversary as a market town in 2024. In the historic old town, you will find the monastery church, Sæby Mini Town with houses from around 1900, the Coastal Museum, Sæby Watermill, and a variety of artisan shops along Algade. On the outskirts of town, you’ll find an attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, both worth a visit.

The Coastal Museum has branches in Sæby, Frederikshavn, and Skagen and tells the story of life by the sea — past and present.

Approximately 10 km north lies Frederikshavn, where Palm Beach and the beautiful Bangsbo area offer scenic viewpoints, botanical gardens, wildlife, and excellent walking and cycling routes. Continuing further north, Skagen offers unique attractions such as Grenen, the Skagen museums, the Teddy Bear Museum, the Grey Lighthouse, the Buried Church, and the shifting sand dune of Råbjerg Mile.

Sæby is also ideally located for exploring the many attractions of North Jutland.
