Welcome to this cozy and well-appointed apartment in the heart of the city – the ideal base for a relaxing and experience-filled stay.
The 43 m² apartment is located on the second floor in the pedestrian street, offering a unique combination of a central location and charming city life. From one side, you can enjoy views of the sea, while the French balcony – furnished with a table and two chairs – overlooks the lively atmosphere of the town.
The apartment is designed with comfort and functionality in mind and accommodates up to 4 guests. The loft features a double bed, while the living room offers a practical sofa bed. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for guests with limited mobility, as there are stairs leading up to the apartment as well as a steep staircase to the loft.

The bright and inviting kitchen-dining area is perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, French press coffee maker, and a fridge/freezer (30L).

The apartment also includes a bathroom with a cabinet and shower.

In the living room, you will find a smart TV for streaming, allowing you to unwind with your favorite content after a day of exploring.
From the shared balcony walkway, you have a view of a charming courtyard, where there is live music and a vibrant atmosphere every Saturday during the summer months – a delightful experience that adds something special to your stay.

As an added service, the staff from the pub below the apartment are happy to assist with ordering delicious meals from the local butcher – easy and convenient during your stay.

THE AREA:
The area around Sæby offers excellent opportunities for an active holiday, including tennis and golf in the beautiful natural surroundings near Sæbygaard Castle. The scenic promenade leads directly to Sæby Harbour and the town center, which can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
In the town center, you will find a great selection of shops and restaurants in the pedestrian streets and along the harbour. The historic old town is well worth a visit, with its beautifully maintained houses, the charming Fiskerstien (Fishermen’s Path), and the inviting harbour atmosphere.
There is also easy access to various leisure facilities, including Sæby Public Swimming Pool as well as padel and fitness facilities at Sæby Spektrum, located approximately 1.4 km from the apartment.

North Jutland offers a wide range of attractions for the whole family. Sæby Miniby showcases the town as it looked around 1900, while Sæbygaard Castle provides insight into the area’s history. In Frederikshavn, the Powder Tower (Krudttårnet) and the Bangsbo area are popular attractions. A trip further north to Skagen is highly recommended, where children will enjoy the Teddy Bear Museum, and visitors of all ages can explore the Skagen museums, the Grey Lighthouse, and Grenen. On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium and Fårup Sommerland are major highlights for families.
