This well-kept holiday cottage is located by the sea, right between Frederikshavn and Sæby, next to the campsite where, during the summer season, there is both a café and a small grocery shop. From here, the beach promenade leads all the way to Sæby Harbour, approximately 2 km away, where you will find restaurants, shops, and local arts and crafts. Follow Algade up into the town, where you will pass Sæby Church, known for its impressive frescoes. You will also walk past several craft workshops and a gallery that are well worth a visit.

The holiday home is divided into several sections. The kitchen and living room are combined and offer a beautiful view over the Kattegat, with access to the east-facing terrace. The well-equipped kitchen invites cosy cooking. From the kitchen, you continue into the dining room, which has access to the south/west-facing terrace. In this part of the house, you will also find the bathroom and the two bedrooms, both with access to terraces. The large bedroom has an exit facing east, allowing you to enjoy the sunrise to the fullest. The property also features a designated viewpoint where you can take in the panoramic view and the tranquillity – pure medicine for the soul.

The house is located in beautiful natural surroundings with a sea view and only 80 metres from the coast, close to the peaceful and child-friendly bathing beach for which the East Coast is known.

The holiday cottage is centrally located for excursions in North Jutland. Sæby Forest is close to the town and features the Sæby River, which flows beautifully through the beech forest. In Bangsbo, near Frederikshavn, you will find a lovely garden, a museum, a viewpoint at Pikkerbakken, and a bunker museum. Skagen, Hirtshals, and Lønstrup are also well worth a visit.
