Bathroom with shower/wc and washing arrangement as well as washing machine and dryer. Lovely south-facing terrace with good garden furniture and with a splendid view over the dune landscape. Smoking is not allowed. You cannot park directly at the house, access is via a staircase. Year of construction 1993. Totally renovated in 2020.
