From the conservatory you come across a corridor with wardrobe space.  2 bedrooms: DB + 2B. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Newly renovated bathroom (2020) bathroom with wide shower, toilet, and washing arrangement. 1 master bedroom with double beds and wardrobe space. Utility room with washing machine and dryer and private charging opportunities for electric cars.

The house's living room has a fireplace, TV with satellite(plus Danish channels). There is panoramic windows to the south and west from which there is nice lighting coming in, the floors are with laminate coating, there is a small dining nook with a round dining table with room for 4 people. From the living room there is access to a lovely wooden terrace with nice garden furniture. From the living room there is access to the kitchen, which has a stove, oven, integrated dishwasher and a fridge with a small freezer. A small dog is allowed (max 40 cm)

There is a lovely area included, which is covered with pine trees with many cozy play corners for the children. The house has several laid-out wooden terraces where you can enjoy the day in sun or shade. The house is located 5 min. from the sand dunes that brings you down to Vejers South Beach.

Built in 1959, the house is continuously maintained.
