Welcome to this charming and simple holiday home with a lot of soul - ideal for anyone looking for peace, closeness to nature and relaxation.

The house is located just 200 metres from the idyllic Helmklink harbour on Nissum Fjord. Here you can enjoy the view over the fjord, take a refreshing dip on the small sandy beach, let the children run around in the playground - or, with a bit of luck, buy fresh fish directly from the fjord fishermen. There is also a covered picnic house at the harbour - perfect for an outdoor meal.

The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and cycling trails, and the North Sea is only around 1,700 metres from the house. The path there leads through beautiful dune scenery and the Husby Klitplantage - a nature experience in itself.

The holiday home was originally built in 1967 and has been regularly modernised over the years. Instead of luxury and designer furniture, you will find a cosy and homely atmosphere with mixed furniture and a wood-burning stove in the living room. The kitchen and living room are open-plan and there is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed (note: the beds are low) and a small living room with a sofa bed. From the living room you have access to the balcony with a beautiful view over the fjord - a wonderful place to start the day with a cup of coffee.

The property is lovingly landscaped and has a small path - ideal for a quiet evening stroll without leaving the property.
