The house was completely renovated in 2021 and appears bright and inviting, featuring a new kitchen, bathroom, and new floors. It is also equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate all year round. The house includes two cosy bedrooms, a large bathroom with a corner spa and underfloor heating, as well as a bright and spacious kitchen-dining area.

The stylish kitchen is open to the dining area and the cosy sofa corner, forming a natural gathering place for shared meals and relaxation. While preparing meals, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the North Sea. The large gable window from floor to ceiling acts like a living painting, with the sea’s ever-changing colours and moods shifting from day to day – a view you’ll never tire of.

The house also features a conservatory with views of both the sea and the lake. The conservatory has not yet been renovated, but it is fully functional and serves as a wonderful additional living space. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet moment in spring and autumn, when the sun naturally warms the room.

Looking to the left, you’ll see the newly created lake area – a lovely and tranquil natural space set within the beautiful coastal landscape. A path runs all the way around the two lakes, and the area includes a shelter site, a compost toilet, and several picnic tables and benches, making it ideal for walks, breaks, and outdoor nature experiences.
