This charming former vicarage in Årgab is ideal for a holiday with the whole family or large groups. The carefully renovated property offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. It can accommodate up to 38 people and 2 pets, and with a total of 618 m², there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company.
The vicarage at Sønder Klitvej 30 is the ideal choice if you’d like to get together with the whole family or friends for a cosy holiday near the North Sea, or if you have something special to celebrate. The house has a total of 16 bedrooms with 14 double beds, 9 single beds and a sofa bed for one person. The facilities are designed for larger gatherings; the house features a spacious banquet hall and lounge with room for all 38 guests, including a panoramic view over Ringkøbing Fjord. The large industrial kitchen offers excellent facilities for preparing meals for large groups and is equipped with, among other things, a freezer with a capacity of over 300 litres. In addition, there are a total of 7 bathrooms and 7 guest toilets – all with underfloor heating – as well as a separate shower room with two private cubicles. Heating is mainly provided by cost-effective district heating, and there is also a wood-burning stove, which creates a particularly cosy atmosphere. Fancy a bit of peace and quiet or want to read a book undisturbed? Here you can retreat to one of the living rooms or the library and relax in the tranquillity.
As a special luxury, the former rectory offers a wellness area with a large whirlpool and sauna – perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or after returning from one of the many excursions. A small kitchenette is also available, ideal for preparing quick meals or snacks.
The house is divided into several apartments, each with its own terrace and garden furniture. The large, beautiful garden offers plenty of space for children to play. Outside, a spacious 3,000 m² lawn awaits, where both children and pets can play freely. There are ample opportunities for games, ball games, and group activities. The inviting terraces are perfect for relaxing moments and enjoying barbecues with the whole group.
The rectory is located in the scenic village of Årgab, a few kilometers south of Hvide Sande, just 250 meters from the beach.
