This cosy summer house, built in 1966, is located in Tingodden in Årgab. It enjoys a fantastic location - just 250 metres from the beach. You can even hear the sea from the large terrace. This lovely non-smoking holiday home, measuring 76 square metres, accommodates 6 people and offers a relaxing holiday right on the Danish West Coast.

The beautiful living space is bright, comfortably furnished and well-maintained. The main house features two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds, while the annexe contains two additional single beds. An energy-efficient heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the year.

The welcoming living room includes a wood-burning stove that creates a cosy atmosphere. For relaxing film evenings, Chromecast and German TV channels are available. You can also enjoy your favourite music through the CD player and Bluetooth sound system.

The open-plan kitchen connects to the living room, forming the heart of the house where the whole family can gather to prepare meals, watch DVDs or TV, or play board games. The kitchen is practically equipped with a dishwasher and microwave.

The bathroom features underfloor heating to keep your feet warm. For added convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are provided.

Your holiday home includes a beautiful large terrace. It's enclosed for privacy, allowing you to enjoy your holiday in the North Sea air with lovely views of the natural surroundings.

As a special feature, the outdoor area includes an outdoor sauna for relaxing wellness evenings after eventful holiday days. The outdoor shower is available from April to November.

Make yourself comfortable on the terrace with a good book or sunbathe on the lounger in the midday sun. You can hear the sea rushing, as it's only 250 metres from the house.
