The kitchen is stylish and modern with attractive black units, equipped with a dishwasher and an 80-litre freezer. The walls and ceilings in both the kitchen and living room are painted white, complementing the wooden floors and welcoming furniture.

The attractive wood-burning stove with glass doors provides warmth and cosiness. Entertainment includes a Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, while the energy-efficient heat pump can also function as air conditioning on warm days, helping maintain a comfortable temperature in the living area.

The large enclosed terrace, built in 2013, is beautifully designed. It wraps around the house from east to south and west. The southern section is partially covered, while the eastern section is screened. This makes the terrace a fantastic space where you can always find a sheltered, sunny spot.
