The attractive bathroom includes a bathtub, and a washing machine is also available. The accommodation offers three comfortable bedrooms as well as two additional sleeping places in a separate annex, making the holiday home an excellent choice for families or groups of friends.

Øer is a popular holiday destination on Djursland, surrounded by beautiful woodland and close to a child-friendly beach with shallow water. The beach mainly consists of soft sand, although some areas have a mixture of sand and stones. Mountain bike enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby 13 km MTB trail featuring routes for different skill levels.

The charming harbour town of Ebeltoft is only about a five-minute drive away. Here you can visit the renowned Glass Museum, famous for contemporary glass art, and the historic Frigate Jylland. The harbour also offers excellent restaurants, cosy cafés and the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish.

Ebeltoft's picturesque cobbled streets are lined with unique boutiques, local arts and crafts shops and inviting cafés. The town is also home to one of Denmark's most popular attractions, the Old Town Hall.

Within less than an hour's drive you can reach both the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Djurs Sommerland, the largest summer amusement park in Scandinavia, making this holiday home an ideal base for an unforgettable family holiday on Djursland.
