At the entrance to the house, there is yet another terrace with garden furniture, giving you the opportunity to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. A truly stylish and well-designed holiday home.

Øer Maritime Holiday Village enjoys a peaceful and exceptionally scenic location. For a fee, guests have access to a wide range of sports activities, including an indoor swimming pool, a sports hall with badminton, table tennis and various ball games, as well as outdoor mini golf, tennis, petanque, beach volleyball and football. Balls and rackets can be rented at the village shop. It is also possible to rent pedal boats, SUPs, canoes or a berth by contacting the harbour master. For the youngest guests, there is a playground and a bouncy castle.

Øer is a hilly and beautiful natural area located just a few kilometres south of Ebeltoft, with its charming cobblestone streets and good shopping opportunities. Øer Beach is characterised by shallow waters, large sandbanks and rich birdlife. The area is ideal for fishing and water activities, and it invites you to enjoy lovely cycling and hiking tours.
