Here, you are welcomed into a well-appointed bright living room with good furniture, a wood-burning stove, and a heat pump, with access to a lovely large terrace with garden furniture. Connected to the living room is the kitchen area with, among other things, a dishwasher. The sleeping accommodations in the house are found in three good bedrooms, including two rooms with a double bed and one room with a comfortable sofa bed. The additional sleeping places are in a cozy newly built annex with its own toilet and bath, making it an ideal space for slightly older children. There is a spacious and beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating and a hot tub. Additionally, there is a lovely utility room with a washing machine. For the little vacationers, there is a high chair and a crib. The house has internet access. On the property, you'll find the charming 'grill house.' Here, you can gather for cozy meals around the grill in all types of weather. From the house, it's a 5-minute drive to Ebeltoft.

The Øer area is a cozy and popular holiday area close to forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy shores, although in certain places, the beach may be a mix of stones and sand. If you enjoy mountain biking, you'll find a 13 km long trail in the area, divided into different difficulty levels. At the harbor, there are several good dining options and small specialty shops, as well as the Fregatten Jylland and the Glass Museum. In the center, you'll find the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. It's about a 20-minute drive to Ree Park, where you can get close to wild animals, and about an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland
