Not far from Ebeltoft, you'll find this older but very charming cottage. The house features a delightful bright living room with access to a terrace. In connection to the living room, you'll find the small but functional kitchen, which also has access to a small terrace. The sleeping accommodations in the house are distributed among three rooms; one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed. Nice bathroom with a shower. For the little vacationers, there is a high chair and a crib. The house is equipped with internet, and there's an option to watch TV and streaming services via Chromecast/Apple TV. The house is situated on a lot with a large lawn suitable for play and ball games, and there's a sandbox for the little vacationers.

The area around Øer is a cozy and popular vacation spot close to the forest and the beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy shores, although in certain places, it may be a mix of stones and sand. For mountain biking enthusiasts, there is a 13 km trail in the area, divided into various difficulty levels. On the harbor, you'll find several good dining options and small specialty shops, as well as the frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum. In the center, you'll find the town's old landmark, the Old Town Hall. It's about a 20-minute drive to Ree Park, where you can get close to wild animals, and about an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, which has been named Denmark's best once again.
