Just a 10-minute drive from Ebeltoft, you'll find this smaller but exceptionally cozy house, situated on a lovely large plot. The house features a bright and cozily furnished living room with, among other things, a wood-burning stove and a heat pump, from which there is access to a small terrace. Adjacent to the living room is the well-maintained kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, and from here there is access to a covered terrace with garden furniture and a grill. The sleeping accommodations of the house are distributed in two cozy rooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Nice bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is a large entrance hall for jackets and footwear. Lovely large lawn by the house suitable for play and outdoor activities. If you are several families traveling together who want to be close to each other, we also rent out the house across the street and Uglevej 14 and 17.

The area around Øer is a cozy and popular holiday area close to the forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and a sandy beach. However, in some places, the beach can be a mix of stones and sand. If you enjoy mountain biking, you will find a 13 km long track in the area, divided into different levels of difficulty. From the house, it is about a 10-minute drive to the harbor in Ebeltoft, where you will find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art. At the harbor, you will also find several good eateries and there is always the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. A visit to the Frigate Jylland is also recommended. In Ebeltoft's cozy cobblestone streets, you will find many exciting shops with, among other things, home decor as well as small cozy cafes. Here you will also find the town's most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. From the house, it is just under an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Scandinavia's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
