In connection with the living room, you will find the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, from where there is an exit to another terrace with garden furniture. The sleeping places in the house are distributed in three beautiful bedrooms - all with double beds, and from one of the bedrooms, there is direct access to a beautiful bathroom where there is a separate toilet, and a few steps down, you will find the house's spa bath. Here, there is also access to both a washing machine and a dryer. The last two sleeping places are on a large loft with a good double sofa bed. There is another bathroom with a shower. A truly beautiful holiday home for the large family or for two smaller families.The house is located on a lovely lot with the most wonderful sea view and invites to outdoor play and coziness. There are large terraces with good garden furniture and a grill.

The area around Øer is a cozy and popular holiday area close to the forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy beach. However, the beach can in some places be a mix of stones and sand. If you are into cycling on mountain bikes, you will find in the area a 13 km long track that is divided into various difficulty levels. From the house, there is about a 5-minute drive to the harbor in Ebeltoft, where you will find the Frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art. On the harbor, you will also find several good restaurants, and there is always the possibility to buy freshly caught fish. In Ebeltoft's cozy cobblestone streets, you will find many exciting shops, including utility items, as well as small cozy cafes. Here, you will also find the city's most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. The Malt Factory is also worth a visit, as well as we can recommend a trip to Ree Park, where you can get up close to the wild animals. From the house, there is a little over an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland.
