A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor and the truly delightful living room, which is comfortably and stylishly furnished with high-quality furniture. The attractive kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and adjoins a lovely dining area with access to a large terrace featuring lounge furniture and an awning. At the entrance to the house, there is also a terrace and a small lawn area for outdoor relaxation.

Øer Maritime Ferieby enjoys a peaceful and exceptionally scenic location. A wide range of sports activities is available for a fee, including an indoor swimming pool, a multi-purpose hall with badminton, table tennis, and various ball games, as well as outdoor facilities such as mini golf, tennis, pétanque, beach volleyball, and football. Balls and rackets can be rented from the holiday village supermarket. It is also possible to rent pedal boats, SUP boards, canoes, or a boat berth by contacting the harbour master. For younger guests, there is a playground and a bouncy castle. Electric vehicle charging is available at the parking area near the supermarket.

Øer is a hilly and picturesque natural area located just a few kilometres south of Ebeltoft, known for its charming cobbled streets and good shopping opportunities. Øer Beach is characterised by shallow waters, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife. The area offers excellent opportunities for fishing and water activities, and the entire region is ideal for cycling and hiking.
