Spacious and luxurious tiled bathroom with a shower, whirlpool, and sauna, as well as a slightly smaller bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer, both wet rooms with underfloor heating. The house has a heat pump with air conditioning, and there is internet access.

The house is located approximately 600 meters from Øer Strand in a hilly and beautiful natural area, just a few kilometers south of Ebeltoft with its charming, cobblestone streets and good shopping opportunities. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife. There are excellent opportunities for fishing and water activities, and the entire area invites you to delightful cycling and hiking.
