Inside, you’ll find a tastefully decorated living room with a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. Connected to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen area that includes a dishwasher. From here, you can step out onto the lovely terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue – the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful view of the water and the afternoon sun.
The bathroom is bright and features a shower.
From the kitchen, stairs lead to the first floor, where the sleeping areas are located. There are two charming bedrooms with double beds, and in one of them, a bunk bed is placed above the double bed. The last sleeping spot is on the landing, where there’s a good quality mattress.

Øer Maritime Holiday Village is known for its peaceful and stunning natural surroundings.
For a small fee, guests have access to a variety of sports activities, including an indoor swimming pool, a multi-purpose hall with badminton, table tennis, and various ball games, as well as outdoor facilities like mini-golf, tennis, petanque, beach volleyball, and football.
Balls and rackets can be rented from the village’s shop.
It’s also possible to rent pedal boats, SUP boards, canoes, or a boat berth by contacting the harbour master.
There’s a playground and bouncy castle for the little ones, and chess lovers can enjoy a giant outdoor chess set next to the viewing tower.
A walk to the ice cream shop near the harbour sluice is a great way to end an active day.

Øer is a hilly and picturesque natural area located just a few kilometres south of Ebeltoft, known for its charming cobblestone streets and great shopping options.
Øer Beach is characterised by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife.
It’s an ideal spot for fishing, water activities, and beautiful cycling and hiking tours.
