Close to Ebeltoft and not far from the water, you will find this charming two-story holiday home. The house features a cozy living room with a heat pump and direct access to a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is a functional kitchen equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher. From the living room, stairs lead to the first floor, where the house’s sleeping quarters are located. There is one bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (70x200 cm), another bedroom with two single beds (70x200 cm, which can be pushed together), and a smaller alcove room with a 140x200 cm bed, best suited for children. Two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony, from which you can enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The house is situated on a lovely plot with a lawn, ideal for playing and ball games. It also features a trampoline and a beach volleyball court. There is also a fire pit where you can roast sausages and bake bread over an open flame on a warm summer evening. If you feel like sleeping outdoors, you can do so in the charming shelter. If you are traveling with multiple families and wish to stay close to each other, we also rent out the house across the street (house number 04830).

The area around Øer is a charming and popular holiday destination, close to both forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow waters and sandy shores, though some parts may have a mix of sand and stones. If you enjoy mountain biking, the area offers a 13 km long trail with varying levels of difficulty. The harbor in Ebeltoft is just a 10-minute drive away, where you will find the Glass Museum, one of the leading institutions for modern glass art. The harbor also boasts several great restaurants, and there is always an opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. A visit to the Frigate Jylland is also highly recommended.

In the charming cobblestone streets of Ebeltoft, you will find many exciting shops selling arts and crafts, as well as small, cozy cafés. One of the city's most visited attractions is the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. From the house, it is less than an hour’s drive to both the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
