A good, newer tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, shower enclosure, washing machine, and dryer. The house has a heat pump with air conditioning. There is a high chair for the little ones. Internet access is available.

Øer is located just a few kilometers south of Ebeltoft with its charming, cobblestone streets and good shopping opportunities. The child-friendly Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, dunes, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife. There are good opportunities for fishing and water activities, and the entire area invites for lovely cycling and hiking excursions.
