From the living room, there is access to a lovely covered terrace with lounge furniture and to a large open terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The open kitchen area, connected to the living room, is charming and well-equipped, including a dishwasher and a nice dining space. The sleeping accommodations are found in three cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. The bathroom is modern and features a shower.

The house sits on a beautiful plot with a large lawn, perfect for play and ball games. A wide variety of outdoor games are freely available, such as Kubb (Viking game), bean bag toss, and more, along with swings, a slide, and a football goal. A truly delightful house for a small family with children – and the beach is within walking distance.

Charming Øer Area Close to Nature and Attractions
The Øer area is a charming and popular holiday destination close to both forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and soft sand, though in some places it may be a mix of stones and sand. Mountain biking enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby 13 km trail, which is divided into various difficulty levels.

It’s just a 10-minute drive to the harbour in Ebeltoft, where you can visit the renowned Glass Museum, a leading institution in contemporary glass art. The harbour also offers excellent dining options and the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish daily. A visit to the historic frigate Fregatten Jylland is also recommended.

In Ebeltoft’s charming cobbled streets, you’ll discover many exciting shops with arts and crafts, as well as cozy cafés. The town’s most visited attraction is The Old Town Hall, where couples from near and far come to get married. From the house, it’s less than an hour’s drive to both the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
