As soon as you open the door and step into the entrance, you sense the genuine cottage atmosphere in this house. Here, you'll find a well-appointed and truly cozy living room with good furniture and, among other things, a heat pump. From the living room, there is access to a lovely covered terrace, where you can sit and eat in peace while observing the rich wildlife in the area. Connected to the dining area, you'll find the smaller but functional kitchen with a dishwasher. The sleeping places in the house are located in the three cozy bedrooms, including one room with a double bed and two rooms with bunk beds. Nice and bright bathroom with a shower. There is internet in the house.

The house is situated on a delightful lot with plenty of space for play, ball games, and outdoor activities, featuring a cozy fire pit where you can sit and make twists of bread on a warm summer evening. It's about a 10-minute walk from the house to a lovely beach area.

The area around Øer is a charming and popular holiday destination close to the forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy shores, although in some places, the beach may be a mix of stones and sand. If you enjoy mountain biking, there is a 13 km long track in the area, divided into different difficulty levels. It takes about 10 minutes by car from the house to the harbor in Ebeltoft, where you'll find the Glass Museum, a leading institution in modern glass art. There are also several good restaurants on the harbor, and you can always buy freshly caught fish. A visit to the frigate Jylland is also recommended. In the charming cobblestone streets of Ebeltoft, you'll find many exciting shops with, among other things, handicrafts, as well as small cozy cafes. The city's most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married, can also be found here. From the house, it's about an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
