Not far from Ebeltoft, you'll find this older, authentic cottage situated on a lovely lot with a large lawn. The house features a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining area, and a smaller but functional kitchen. There is a neat bathroom with a shower and access to a washing machine and dryer. The sleeping accommodations in the house are in three smaller rooms; one with a double bed, one with a double sofa bed, and one with a comfortable sofa bed. The house is equipped with a Chromecast, but an internet cube must be purchased separately fo internet access.

The area around Øer is a charming and popular vacation spot close to the forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy shores, although in certain places, it may be a mix of stones and sand. For mountain biking enthusiasts, there is a 13 km trail in the area, divided into various difficulty levels. It takes about 10 minutes by car from the house to the harbor in Ebeltoft, where you'll find the Glass Museum, a leading institution in modern glass art. On the harbor, there are also several good dining options, and you can always buy freshly caught fish. A visit to the frigate Jylland is also recommended. In the charming cobblestone streets of Ebeltoft, you'll find many exciting shops with, among other things, handicrafts and small cozy cafes. The town's most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married, can also be found here. From the house, it's about an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
