The first floor contains the sleeping accommodation, consisting of two comfortable bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a ¾-size bed. In addition, there is a double sofa bed on the landing. If several families are travelling together and wish to stay close to each other, we also rent out properties 04659, 04669 and 04671, all located within a 2-minute walk of one another.

Øer Maritime Ferieby enjoys a peaceful and exceptionally scenic natural setting. A wide range of sports activities is available for a fee, including an indoor swimming pool, a multi-purpose sports hall with badminton, table tennis and various ball games, as well as outdoor facilities such as mini golf, tennis, pétanque, beach volleyball and football. Balls and rackets can be rented from the on-site grocery store. It is also possible to rent pedal boats, SUP boards, canoes or a boat berth by contacting the harbour master. For younger children, there is a playground and a bouncy castle.

Øer is a gently hilly and picturesque natural area located just a few kilometres south of Ebeltoft, known for its charming cobbled streets and good shopping opportunities. Øer Strand is characterised by shallow waters, large sandbanks and rich birdlife. The area offers excellent opportunities for fishing and water activities and is ideal for enjoyable cycling and hiking trips.
