On the first floor, you will find the house's 6 sleeping places distributed in a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds, and two good mattresses on the landing. The house has internet access as well as various Danish, German, Norwegian, and Swedish TV channels. The house boasts a truly wonderful location with parking right next to it. On the communal area, there is a charging station for electric cars.

Øer Maritime Holiday Resort is located in a quiet and exceptionally picturesque area. There is access to a range of paid sports activities, including an indoor swimming pool, a multi-court for badminton, table tennis, and various ball games, as well as outdoor mini-golf, tennis, pétanque, beach volleyball, and football. Balls and rackets can be rented at the resort's shop. It is also possible to rent pedal boats, SUPs, canoes, or boat moorings by contacting the harbor master.
