There are two elegant bathrooms, one of which includes a spa bath. The house accommodates guests in four comfortable bedrooms: three with double beds and one with two bunk beds. The Øer area is a charming and popular vacation spot close to forests and beaches. The beach is known for its shallow waters and sandy stretches, though some parts may have a mix of stones and sand. For mountain biking enthusiasts, the area has a 13 km trail with various difficulty levels. Nearby at the harbor, you’ll find excellent dining options, specialty shops, the historic Fregatten Jylland, and the Glass Museum. In the town center, visitors can see the Old Town Hall, a popular wedding spot for couples from near and far. It's about a 20-minute drive to Ree Park, where you can get close to wild animals, and just under an hour’s drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
