The house will feature four comfortable bedrooms and two cozy alcoves for additional sleeping arrangements. A spacious and inviting kitchen/living area, a cozy living room, and two bathrooms will make this home ideal for family vacations or getaways with friends.

Additionally, an annex will be constructed to serve as an activity room, offering endless entertainment opportunities for guests of all ages.

Outdoor features

A 6–8-person hot tub will be installed alongside the holiday home, providing the perfect place to relax under the open sky. An outdoor kitchen will also be built, offering a delightful way to prepare and enjoy meals in the fresh air. More details on the outdoor facilities will follow as construction progresses.
