Welcome to Østmarken 145, Arrild – a Modern and spacious holiday home of 95 m² located in the popular holiday home area of Arrild. The house is situated in peaceful and scenic surroundings close to the forest and beautiful nature and is an obvious choice for families or several families who want a relaxing holiday with plenty of space and good opportunities for activities.

The holiday home was originally built in 1976 and underwent extensive renovation in spring 2024. At Østmarken 145, Arrild, there is room for up to 8 people. A maximum of 2 dogs may also be brought along.

Private outdoor pool and modern terraces

One of the major highlights of the house is the private outdoor swimming pool with a slide and diving board.

The 876 m² plot offers both grass areas and natural areas as well as several lovely terraces. Part of the terrace is covered and provides the opportunity for cosy outdoor meals and relaxation, regardless of the weather. There is also a sheltered terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol.

As additional outdoor facilities, there is an outdoor shower and a shelter. There is also a barbecue available.

The swimming pool and outdoor shower are only available from 1 April to 30 September.

Good opportunities for a shared holiday

The holiday home is practically arranged with two separate sections of the house, which are connected by a covered terrace. This makes the house particularly suitable for, for example, two families or families with older children, as there are good opportunities for both spending time together and having privacy.

The house has four bedrooms with double beds as well as two bathrooms. In addition, there are two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed.

Modern facilities and comfort

Østmarken 145, Arrild is well equipped for a comfortable holiday. Here you will find, among other things, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Chromecast, a washing machine and an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump. There is also underfloor heating in both bathrooms.

The well-equipped kitchen has, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker with oven, as well as a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment.

For electric cars, there is a Monta charging box with a Type 2 connector.

The house is located in the attractive Arrild area with shopping facilities a short distance away, approximately 700 metres from the house. The area is surrounded by beautiful nature and invites you to enjoy both relaxation and outdoor activities.
