Welcome to Julianevej 75, a cosy holiday home on Denmark’s west coast, where you can enjoy your holiday close to both the beach and nature. The house sits on elevated ground and offers comfortable surroundings combined with lovely wellness facilities. With just 200 metres to the beach, you can easily start your day with a walk by the sea and enjoy the fresh sea air. The 100 m² holiday home sleeps up to 6 guests and is an ideal choice for those looking for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and beautiful views.

Please note that there is a staircase from the parking area up to the holiday home. Due to its elevated location, the house is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility.

Julianevej 75 – Comfort and Wellness

Inside, you will find a bright and welcoming open-plan living space, where the kitchen and living room are connected. It is the perfect place to gather after a long day at the beach – whether you want to read a book, play a game or simply relax and enjoy a cosy evening together.

A satellite receiver provides entertainment, so you can also enjoy your favourite programmes during your stay.

On cooler days, light the wood-burning stove and enjoy the warmth and cosy crackling sound of the fire. The windows also offer a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding dunes.

The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave, making everyday life easy even when you are on holiday.

The holiday home has 3 bedrooms with carpeted floors. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has 2 bunk beds.

The bathroom offers a little extra holiday indulgence with both a sauna and a whirlpool. Warm up after a refreshing walk along the beach or unwind in the whirlpool when you feel like treating yourself. The bathroom also features underfloor heating, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The spacious 1,447 m² dune plot gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Surrounded by the characteristic nature of the Danish west coast, you can slow down and simply enjoy being on holiday.

The holiday home has both a sheltered terrace and an enclosed terrace, giving you several options for enjoying the outdoors. Have breakfast sheltered from the wind, spend the long summer evenings outside or find a quiet spot with a good book. From the terraces, you can also enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding dunes.
