Close to sea and beach

This lovely holiday home is situated just 150 metres from the sea and beach. The 85 square metres are divided between three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds, while the third has twin beds. All three rooms have carpeted floors and full-height wooden ceilings.

Both bathrooms have shower cubicles and underfloor heating. The larger bathroom also includes a washing machine, sauna and corner whirlpool. The kitchen and living room form an open-plan space. The kitchen is well-equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, microwave and freezer (40 litres).

The spacious living room features a full-height ceiling and light wooden flooring. The wood-burning stove is centrally placed, allowing you to enjoy its warmth throughout the living area. There's also a television, DVD player and a cosy alcove. Please note that German TV channels are limited to three stations.

Beautiful enclosed terrace - ideal for holidays with young children and dogs

The south and south-east facing terrace is enclosed and partially covered, providing a safe space for young children and dogs to run freely. The terrace comes fully equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The electric car charging facility is a Type 2 charging point.

Delightful excursions in the surrounding area

Before heading out for family trips, pick up your breakfast from the local grocery shop. Fresh rolls are delivered daily and can be easily collected during your morning dog walk. The area between the North Sea and Ringkøbing Fjord is perfect for long walks and cycle rides, with numerous paths winding through the beautiful landscape.

Visit the charming harbour town of Hvide Sande, where you can try various activities. From fishing to water sports, or browsing the harbour shops. Here you can also enjoy a large Danish soft ice cream or a delicious lunch.
