The vacation home is situated on a large natural lot that offers peace and privacy, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing summer vacation with long days at the beach, sunny terraces, and cozy evenings.

Bright living area

The vacation home is bright and practically furnished, featuring a large living area that combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room under one roof. This is the natural gathering place of the summer home, where everyone can come together—whether to cook, play, or relax after a day at the beach.

The large south-facing windows offer a beautiful view of the natural surroundings. At the same time, the centrally located wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cool summer evenings, where the family can gather inside after a day on the west coast. An energy-efficient heat pump is also installed.

The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your vacation, including a dishwasher, two coffee machines, a microwave, and a separate 94-liter freezer. There’s plenty of space here for family meals and summer barbecues.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own exit to the north-facing terrace. All rooms are located close to the bathroom with underfloor heating, which also provides access to the in-house sauna.

Sunny terraces around the house

On the south side, there’s a beautiful, partially covered terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The terrace is perfect for slow mornings with coffee in the sun, relaxing in the lounge chairs, and cozy barbecue evenings with the family.

Later in the day, you can head over to the other terrace, which offers wonderful afternoon and evening sun. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a cool drink or simply soak up the tranquility after a lovely day at the beach.

Holmsland Klit – Between the Sea and the Fjord

Since the North Sea is only 200 meters away, you can easily take several trips to the beach throughout the day. Start the morning with a walk along the water, spend the day swimming or building sandcastles, or enjoy the fresh sea air on an evening stroll along the coast. As the sun sets, you can sit on a dune and enjoy the view. 

Back at the house, you can easily rinse off sandy feet under the outdoor shower with warm water, which is available from April through November.

A trip to Hvide Sande, for example includes a fish auction, shops, cozy cafes by the harbor, and perhaps dinner at one of the town’s restaurants.
