A cosy holiday home built in 1995 on a 1,400-square-metre natural plot. The house offers three bedrooms, all with vaulted ceilings and tiled floors. Two rooms feature double beds, and the third has bunk beds. The bathroom includes a shower, corner whirlpool, sauna and underfloor heating. The toilet and washbasin are located in a separate room directly opposite the bathroom. The kitchen is centrally located with a north-facing window and south-western views through the window front. The kitchen features a 100-litre freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The living room is comfortably furnished with a wood-burning stove, tiled floors and vaulted ceilings. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio with CD player and free internet are provided. There's also access to the beautiful south-facing terrace. The house includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Magnificent surroundings

The holiday home features a spacious, partially enclosed terrace that wraps around the house from south to west. The southern section is partially covered. There's also a small east-facing terrace. The Julianevej area is particularly beautiful, with wonderful undulating dune landscapes to the west, where you can always hear the roaring North Sea.
