The house was updated in 2026 with, among other things, a new kitchen, new flooring and an inviting interior, creating the perfect setting for your holiday. Here in Blåvand, you have 140 m² of living space with plenty of room for spending time together without compromising on comfort.

Your four-legged friend is welcome too – the house accommodates 1 dog, so you don’t have to plan your holiday without man’s best friend.

With a total of 4 bedrooms, the layout is ideal whether you prefer privacy or spending time together. 2 double beds and 4 single beds provide flexible sleeping arrangements and are ideal if children, teenagers or friends are joining the trip. The living room invites you to enjoy cosy moments together, while the wood-burning stove creates that special holiday-home atmosphere after a wonderful day by the North Sea.

The kitchen provides everything you need for preparing holiday meals, while a dishwasher takes care of the washing-up. With a washing machine and tumble dryer, you can easily freshen up your holiday wardrobe, which is especially practical for longer stays.

The air-to-water heat pump helps create a comfortable indoor climate and allows you to heat the house efficiently without putting unnecessary strain on your holiday budget.

Wellness in the holiday home with pool, sauna and spa

If you really want to treat yourself during your holiday, you’ll love the wellness facilities. A 18 m² swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing morning dip or an afternoon swim. Afterwards, you can relax in the sauna or warm up in the indoor spa.

On the terrace, you’ll also find the house’s outdoor spa, where you can sit back in the warm water and enjoy your holiday under the open sky. Especially in the evening, it creates a wonderful atmosphere as you round off the day while gazing at the stars.

2 bathrooms mean you won’t have to coordinate your morning showers, while underfloor heating in the bathrooms makes getting up in the morning even more comfortable.

Enjoy the outdoors: large natural grounds, terrace, barbecue and play facilities

The 2,473 m² natural grounds give you plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Start the day on the open terrace, move to the covered area later on and finish the evening with a barbecue together. Garden furniture is provided, making it easy to enjoy your meals outdoors. The terrace can be closed with a gate, so your dog and children cannot run off freely.

The beach is approximately 2.5 km away, where you can enjoy the fresh dune air and the sound of the waves. Shopping facilities are approximately 1 km away, making it easy to pick up fresh supplies. A charging station for your electric car, along with modern features such as the heat pump, provides additional comfort.
