The house features 5 separate bedrooms with a total of 5 double beds, as well as a loft that children and teenagers will love. This means everyone has the chance to enjoy some privacy whilst still having plenty of space to spend time together, and the 2 bathrooms prevent queues, even when the house is full of people – this is particularly ideal after a long day at the beach or a visit to the sauna.

In the bathroom, underfloor heating gives you a warm and comfortable start to the day, and because holidays should also be practical, both a washing machine and a tumble dryer are at your disposal, which is ideal if you’re travelling with children, are into sports, or simply prefer to travel light.

Wellness, swimming pool, counter-current pool and outdoor hot tub

A major highlight of the house is the swimming pool with a 15 m² water surface. Here you can swim, play or train intensively using the counter-current system – whatever the weather. Afterwards, you can step straight into the outdoor hot tub to relax your muscles. An outdoor shower awaits you next, and if you love wellness, the outdoor sauna rounds off your personal spa programme. Outdoor shower is available from April to end of October.

All-weather activity room: billiards, table tennis, table football and streaming

Should you fancy a bit more exercise, you can play pool or challenge each other to a game of table tennis or table football.

On quieter evenings, you can use Google Chromecast to easily watch your favourite series, great films or holiday photos on the big screen. The modern air-to-water heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate and efficient heating, so you’ll be cosy in the house whatever the season.

Fresh air and plenty of space – terrace, playground, multi-purpose pitch and short distances

The large grounds offer plenty of space to breathe and spend time together. You can enjoy life in the garden furniture on the open terrace, or move the fun over to the terrace with a lovely awning – perfect for the changeable Danish weather. For the children, there’s a swing, a sandpit, a slide and a trampoline, whilst you adults relax and let the day drift by. On the multi-purpose pitch, you can all have fun with a game of football, floorball, volleyball or badminton.

If you fancy a trip to the beach, it’s only about 1.5 km away, and the nearest shops are just about 600 metres away.

If you’re arriving in an electric car, you can simply use the charging station right by the house - just remember to bring your own charging cable.
