This modest-looking house at first glance has plenty to offer. Not only does it boast a fantastic location near one of Denmark's most popular beaches, but it's also well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The furnishings are tasteful, cosy and comfortable. The bright, light-filled living room forms the heart of the house. The dining area, living space and bathroom with whirlpool feature extensive windows and glass elements, giving the house a sense of space and brightness.

The location is truly excellent. Both the beach and local shop are just a few minutes' walk away, meaning you can leave your car parked and explore everything conveniently on foot.

Around the house, which sits on an open plot at Lille Strandvej 3 close to the beach, you'll find several terraces and seating areas. You can make yourself comfortable on the terrace adjoining the living room, dine outdoors or relax while watching the neighbourhood activity.

For those seeking more privacy, choose the slightly lowered terrace to stretch out on a sun lounger and either delve into an exciting book or take a nap under the open sky. Sound of the sea included!
