Located just 200 metres from the beautiful North Sea beach and 800 metres from the centre of Blåvand, you're close to everything while enjoying your own holiday oasis.

With a sauna, outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower (available summer only) on one hand, and a games room featuring pool, table tennis and table football on the other, you'll find perfect relaxation between shared activities and wellness facilities. Additionally, a swing, trampoline and playhouse make the outdoor area a childrens' paradise.

The holiday home also features an electric car charging point.

The open-plan living area forms the heart of the house, naturally featuring the classic wood-burning stove for cosy warmth. Here you can cook, dine, watch films or simply gather together.

The 218 square metre living space ensures all practical needs are met, with two bathrooms featuring underfloor heating, plus a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher to quickly handle household tasks. Additionally, there are smart TVs in all rooms and a large 64-inch smart TV with Chromecast in the living room, plus an energy-efficient heat pump.

The holiday home sits on natural grounds, well-screened by tall trees. A swing and sandbox will delight children.

Two enclosed terraces with sun loungers and garden furniture invite you to sunbathe and enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings with the gas grill. A year-round highlight is the outdoor hot tub - imagine sitting in the bubbling warm water on a beautiful summer evening, enjoying the starlit sky. For cooling off, an outdoor shower is available from 1st April to 31st October.

If the weather isn't cooperating, you can retreat to the conservatory, with wonderful natural light streaming through the roof window, and enjoy comfortable gatherings.

This seaside resort with its beaches, lighthouse and wild nature offers plenty of experiences. The Blåvand Zoo is a particular highlight, and the spectacular Tirpitz Museum is an absolute must-visit.
