The two bathrooms are modern and well-equipped (including a washing machine and dryer), and the entire house has comfortable underfloor heating and an efficient heating system, ensuring comfort all year round. The kitchen is open and bright - equipped with, among other things, dishwasher, microwave and Quooker – and set up for shared cooking and cozy meals at the large dining table.

When it's time to relax, you can settle down on the sofa with a movie via Apple TV, Chromecast and wireless speaker. The house combines aesthetics and functionality in a classy way – and creates the framework for a holiday that flows effortlessly.

Outdoor life with well-being and activities

On the large natural plot you will find both peace and opportunities for play. The covered terrace of 25 m² has garden furniture and a gas grill, so you can enjoy dinners under the open sky – regardless of the weather. The children can compete in table tennis on the outdoor court, while the adults relax with a glass of wine and the sound of birdsong in the background.

For those of you who dream of wellness, both an outdoor jacuzzi and a sauna are ready to use. After a trip to the beach - which is just a few steps from the house - you can rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower and lean back in the bubbles with a view of green nature and blue sky.

The holiday home is ideally located for both relaxation and adventure. In less than 10 minutes you can walk to shopping and restaurants, and in the area you can find both cozy shops, ice cream parlors and eateries.
