The summer house
The lovely bright and modern house offers 165 m². There are 4 bedrooms with luxury continental double beds. 2 large bathrooms, one of which has a 2-person spa. A 30m² activity room with a pool table, table football, table tennis and gamer's corner with PS 4 - so here there are plenty of opportunities for play and fun.
Next to the delicious open kitchen, there is a small "bar section" where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The kitchen is in direct connection with the 45 m² family room/living room with wood-burning stove.

Ground/outdoor area
From the living room there is access to the 3 terraces and the garden and the whole this area is a chapter all by itself. In total there are approx. 100 m² lovely terrace, of which 18 m² are covered. On the covered terrace, infrared low-energy terrace heaters have also been installed - which can easily extend the evenings outside by several hours, when you are fully enjoying yourself with meat on the grill and wine in the glasses. Should you feel like adding an additional quality dimension to such a luxurious evening, the large outdoor jacuzzi is right next to it and beckons with its warm water. May we recommend that you pour bubbles in your glasses and then spend half an hour under the open sky - and regardless of whether there are blue skies, gray weather or starry skies - it is a pure luxury experience.
Outside the terraces lies the large lawn begging to be used for various purposes. ball games, croquet and pétanque, if the younger family members can be detached from the swing, the play tower, the sandbox and the trampoline.
The house is very energy-friendly and is heated with geothermal energy – it couldn't be more optimal if you want to have an energy-efficient holiday.

Location
The location on Hans Thuesensvej is perfect. The area is quiet and peaceful and almost all plots are undisturbed and surrounded by tall trees, and at the same time there are only a few hundred meters to both Hvidbjerg Strand and Blåvand Hovedgade. The location is an optimal starting point for walks along the beach towards either Skallingen or Blåvandshuk Lighthouse, or a "country trip" to the Tirpitz Museum or Kallesmærsk Hede.
