With only a few meters to the nearest shopping opportunity and restaurant, there is plenty of opportunity to shop for a wonderful dinner, or perhaps even let one of the city's restaurants do the cooking and washing up.

The summer house here has the wonderful feature , that the terrace faces the sun perfectly. So on a sunny and warm summer day, it's just a matter of jumping into the shorts, finding a good book and throwing yourself into the sun lounger. Inside the yellow wooden summer house, the charm continues. The spacious and open kitchen family room is furnished with a comfortable sofa arrangement, tasteful dining table set, and a functional and bright kitchen. In addition to the family room, the ground floor also contains a nice utility room and a well-maintained bathroom with both spa, sauna and shower. On the first floor are 2 idyllic bedrooms with double beds and a view of the Horns Bjerge area. (As of 1 February 2020, the summer house has 2 toilets)
