It has five large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and direct access to the garden, perfect for enjoying the morning birdsong or taking a dip in the heated outdoor hot tub. Inside, a large activity room awaits, with both pool and table tennis, while an infrared sauna offers complete relaxation. At the heart of the house is a stylish kitchen with a tiled floor, equipped with an American-style fridge-freezer with an ice dispenser, a wine cooler, two ovens and a tap dispensing both sparkling and still water. You can also gather around the kitchen island or the dining table, while the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere.

The outdoor areas include a large natural plot of 2,259 m², with plenty of space for activities and relaxation. On the large wooden terrace, you will find an outdoor hot tub for six people and a garden table, ideal for enjoying meals cooked on the gas barbecue. A windbreak wall provides shelter from the westerly wind, while lounge furniture, an awning and heat lamps create a lovely outdoor seating area where you can enjoy the evenings for longer. For the children, there are swings and a sandpit, so they can play while the adults relax.

Blåvand and the surrounding area offer plenty to see and do. Blåvand's lively pedestrianised street, just 900 m away, is lined with shops, cafés and restaurants. Attractions include Blåvand Zoo, Tirpitz Museum and Blåvandshuk Lighthouse, where you can enjoy fantastic views from the top. And no trip to Blåvand is complete without a visit to the wide, white sandy beach, just 1,800 m from the house. It is perfect for swimming, relaxing walks and searching for beautiful amber and shells while enjoying a spectacular sunset.
