There's a large lawn, perfect for playing and outdoor activities, and there are also amenities for the little ones such as a sandbox, swings, and a play tower. It's an ideal holiday home for a family with children.

The house is located close to Boeslum Beach. The beach consists mainly of fine white sand, grass, and flower-covered beach meadows, although some parts may have a mixture of stones and sand. The water is clear, though it tends to deepen quickly. Facilities at the beach include an ice cream kiosk and toilets. Ebeltoft town, with its many attractions, is approximately 5 km away from the house. Visitors can explore attractions such as the Old Town Hall, a popular wedding venue, as well as numerous specialty shops and sidewalk cafes lining the old cobblestone streets. On the harbor, you'll find the Glass Museum, known for its modern glass art, along with several shops and eateries offering freshly caught fish daily. Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, and the Kattegat Center in Grenaa are both about an hour's drive away.
