The holiday home features distinctive architecture with large window sections that flood the stylishly furnished house with natural light. The holiday home accommodates up to 8 people, perfect for groups of friends or extended family holidays.

The brand-new kitchen, complete with dishwasher, opens onto the living room where a cosy wood-burning stove creates a welcoming atmosphere perfect for family time. High-speed fibre optic broadband, TV package and streaming services are provided.

There are two bathrooms with underfloor heating and a new sauna for hours of relaxation and wellbeing.

This beautiful holiday home accommodates 8 people: three bedrooms with double beds and two additional sleeping spaces with comfortable mattresses in the converted loft. The loft is accessed from one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom features a television, with an additional TV in the living room.

For families with small children, a cot and high chair are provided.

The holiday home features a combined washer/dryer, ideal for families, plus an iron and ironing board.

Throughout the house, the flooring consists of modern microcement.

In addition to the wood-burning stove in the living room, there's a heat pump that significantly reduces heating costs and ensures comfort during cooler months. Built in 2023, the house is thoroughly insulated to the latest standards.

One of the house's highlights is the large wooden terrace featuring two inviting bathtubs. Here you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine, surrounded by beautiful nature, heather-covered landscape and breathtaking views. The terrace is bordered by well-maintained tiles. The natural grounds include a sandpit and swing for children. An outdoor shower is available from April to November.

There's a shed available for bicycle storage.

From here, you can quickly reach Lakolk beach, Europe's widest bathing beach. At the beach, you can fully enjoy the North Sea, build sandcastles, search for amber and fly kites while breathing in the fresh sea air.
