Offering 104 m² of living space, the holiday home was built in 2001 and tastefully renovated in 2020. Quality furnishings, carefully chosen details, and a warm, inviting atmosphere ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay for every guest.

The house accommodates up to six guests and features three cosy bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed—perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the North Sea.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming atmosphere designed for relaxation. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy ambience on cooler evenings, while the energy-efficient heat pump keeps the house comfortable throughout the year. After a day of exploring the island, unwind in the private sauna or enjoy long evenings under the stars in the outdoor whirlpool.

Two bathrooms make mornings easy for larger groups, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms provides extra comfort, especially on cooler days.

The well-equipped kitchen and practical amenities make everyday holiday living effortless. A dishwasher, washing machine, and separate 40-litre freezer allow you to enjoy complete flexibility, whether you're preparing a home-cooked meal or stocking up on local groceries.

The holiday home is set on a generous 2,745 m² natural plot, offering plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Children will love the swing, while adults can unwind on the garden furniture, perfect for outdoor dining or an afternoon coffee.

A particular highlight is the enclosed terrace, providing a safe place for children to play while you relax nearby. There's also a terrace, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors regardless of the weather—ideal for long summer evenings or cosy autumn afternoons.

Lakolk Beach is approximately 2 km from the house. Here you'll also find a charming shopping street with cafés and small shops, and during the summer months, children can often enjoy a large inflatable play area.

If you're visiting during the warmer season, don't miss two of the island's most popular events: the Kite Festival and the Motor Festival. Throughout the summer, the beach is often filled with spectacular colourful kites of every size—a memorable sight for visitors of all ages. Pack a picnic, settle into the dunes, and let the children play freely on the endless sandy beach.

Rømø is equally attractive outside the summer season. Winter swimming has become increasingly popular, and peaceful walks through the island's forests may reward you with sightings of deer. Several pony farms welcome both beginners and experienced riders, offering guided rides or the opportunity to lead a pony through the beautiful countryside.

For even more variety, you can take a day trip to the neighbouring island of Sylt or spend a day at Rømø's indoor swimming pool.
