Built in 2018, this superb holiday home is situated in the heathland of Bolilmark on Rømø, peacefully located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Up to 8 people and one dog can enjoy a holiday in this stylishly furnished holiday home featuring a whirlpool, sauna, wood-burning stove and energy-efficient heat pump.

Tasteful Scandinavian interior and modern amenities

The heart of the house is the beautiful, bright open-plan living and dining area with excellent natural light. The modern kitchen with its island unit is equipped with a dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave, and flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. While the chef is busy in the kitchen, parents can play cards at the dining table whilst children enjoy the flat-screen TV in the living area - allowing the whole family to spend time together.

The modern living room with panoramic windows offers fantastic views across the heathland, where deer, foxes and pheasants are frequent visitors. The open-gabled ceiling creates a particularly appealing atmosphere - perfect for listening to the crackling wood-burning stove while reading a book or simply enjoying the fantastic views.

Practical wood laminate flooring makes the living area particularly suitable for both the youngest guests and four-legged friends.

The bright bathroom with whirlpool and sauna offers further relaxation - perfect for warming up and unwinding after a blustery day at Lakolk beach. There's also a guest WC with underfloor heating.

The 8 sleeping spaces are distributed across 3 bedrooms - 2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds - plus an alcove with a mattress in the living area. The alcove is also excellent for afternoon naps or for little ones to create their own 'den'. A cot and high chair are provided for young children.

Firewood for the wood-burning stove can be purchased directly at the holiday home.

The spacious terrace with attractive garden furniture is partially covered and sheltered - you'll always find a spot to relax in either sun or shade. The grounds are particularly child-friendly and equipped with play equipment. The location at the end of a small cul-de-sac ensures peace and tranquility. Especially in August, when the heather blooms resembling a huge purple cushion, breakfast outdoors or a barbecue evening becomes a truly special holiday experience. An outdoor shower is available for use from April to November.

Bolilmark - heathland stretching to sandy beaches

Bolilmark is an especially family-friendly area, offering near-guaranteed tranquility and beautiful walking and cycling paths. One path leads directly to Lakolk with its shops and restaurants, and just beyond lies the vast white North Sea beach. Here you can spend the day building sandcastles, searching for amber, or simply enjoying the fresh, healthy North Sea air.
