Renovated holiday home with wood-burning stove

This delightful holiday home was renovated in 2018 and has been furnished with careful attention to detail.

The holiday home features an open-plan living area with kitchen and dining room, where the whole family can gather and create memories together. The wood-burning stove provides cosy evenings and warmth on cooler days, whilst an energy-efficient heat pump maintains comfortable temperatures year-round.

The wooden flooring creates a warm atmosphere throughout. The well-maintained bathroom with shower and underfloor heating ensures a relaxing start and end to your day. Satellite TV with international channels and plenty of space allow you to unwind after adventurous days out.

The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The living room sofa bed comfortably sleeps an additional two people, allowing six guests to stay in comfort.

Spacious outdoor area in picturesque surroundings

Outside, there's a wonderfully large wooden terrace, partially covered, with generous seating areas where you can enjoy the sunshine while children play in the grounds. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. There's also a barbecue for preparing fresh seafood or juicy steaks while enjoying fantastic views of the greenery.

Exploring the island's beauty

The impressive, miles-long sandy beach at Lakolk is 1.7 miles (2.8 km) away, with shopping facilities at 1.2 miles (1.9 km). The Lakolk Butikcenter offers beach supplies, fashion boutiques and dining options.

Sønderstrand beach offers kitesurfing, sand yachting, kite flying, mudflat walking, horse riding and much more. Rømø is also popular for day trips to Sylt via ferry.

The island features a wellness resort with saunas and swimming pool. On the mainland just before the island, you'll find go-karting, bowling and additional restaurants.
